Labor Day Conference Schedule

August 30, 2017 | Posted by jamesshau in Uncategorized

Dear Leading Brothers,

Please let the saints know these important concluding practical announcements for the 2017 NorCal Labor Day Conference:

  • Children’s Service: We would like to clarify the announcement recently sent out for the children’s service. Children’s service will be Grades K-6, i.e., including Kindergarten, not just Grades 1-6 as was previously announced.

  • Translation: Saints requiring translation into Chinese, Spanish, or Korean should bring an FM radio and earphones, plus extra batteries.

  • Infants and Toddlers: Harbour Rooms A and B to the right of the main foyer are designated for mothers with toddlers and nursing infants. Both rooms will have conference audio through FM radio (please bring earphones and extra batteries). Harbour Room B will be available as well after the brothers’ prayer time right before the meeting begins.

  • Food: According to hotel regulations, no outside food may be consumed in the public (common) areas of the hotel. It can, of course, be consumed in your hotel room.

  • Young People and Children: Please ensure that they are not running around, especially during the evening hours when hotel guests are trying to rest.

  • Parking: Three important points:

    • Do not park in the lots of other buildings. Some cars were towed last year. You may park on the street, or, of course, in the hotel parking structure.

    • For non-guests, you must validate your ticket at the validation machines in the lobby, and then go to the pay stations by the elevators on the main floor or mezzanine in order to obtain the conference rate of $5.

    • Saturday afternoon: For  non-guests who wish to leave and return, you need to validate your ticket as above and obtain a parking pass available at the validation machines, and then go to the pay stations. This will enable you to obtain the $5 rate instead of a $24 rate.

The coordinating brothers.

Dear saints,

We would like to remind and encourage all the saints to participate in the NorCal Blending Conference that will take place this coming Labor Day weekend, from Friday, September 1, through Lord’s Day, September 3, at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport, located at 1333 Old Bayshore Highway, Burlingame, CA 94010. The meeting schedule of the conference is shown below this email.

This conference is crucial for the Lord’s present move in Northern California, and we encourage you to attend as much of this conference as possible to participate in this move of the Lord. Please pray for the release of the Lord’s speaking and His fresh anointing on every meeting, so that the Lord may gain what He is after through this conference.

Please take note of the following practical matters as well:

  • General meetings are all in the Grand Ballroom. Translation through FM radio is available for Chinese, Spanish, and Korean.

  • Children’s service (Grades 1-6) is provided for all the conference meetings in rooms to the left of the main foyer. A room for mothers with infants and toddlers, including availability of the meeting audio through FM radio, is in the Harbour Room A to the right of the main foyer.

  • Young people (Grades 7-12) have their own conference meetings, held in the Regency Ballroom to the right of the main foyer, on Friday night, Saturday morning, and Saturday evening (not Saturday afternoon) at the same time as the regular conference meetings. They are expected to join the general conference meetings on Lord’s Day morning
